With more than 3000 years of history, the soy sauce is the ingredient that truly characterizes Asian cooking. There are many different varieties of soy sauce throughout Southeast Asia. Soy sauce is brewed through a natural fermentation process originating in China. With its distinct flavor, soy sauce is a natural flavor enhancer – the 5th basic flavor, next to sour, sweet, salty and bitter. At Soya Restaurant we want to offer international delicacies prepared with good, local ingredients. We will offer you healthy food, which also retains the good taste.

In China, a meal is a social event that is meant to be shared with others. Our menu is built around this idea. The dishes are therefore served in the traditional family way to ensure that all guests get a taste of each dish. Chinese culture is largely built on harmony. Also in the kitchen, harmony is an important part of the meal. To ensure a balance of taste, scent, texture and color play on what is presented, ordering is traditionally made by only 1 person – who is normally the host.
